If something isn’t quite right with your order, we’re always happy to help.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of pet accessories, we generally do not require items to be returned.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@thesilkyco.com, and our team will do our best to find a solution that feels fair and supportive.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund
In most cases, return shipping is not required.
Change of Mind
If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind after delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Because many SilkyCo products are handcrafted in small batches, refunds or exchanges for non-defective items may not always be available.
Personalized & Final Sale Items
Customized products, personalized ID tags, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in processing or production and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
