Free Shipping
SilkyCo offers free standard shipping within the continental United States on orders over USD $39.99.
For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Shipping & Processing
Because every SilkyCo accessory is thoughtfully handcrafted, orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days before shipment.
Once shipped, delivery within the continental United States generally takes approximately 6–10 business days depending on the destination and carrier conditions.
Please note that pre-order items may require additional waiting time based on product availability.
Personalized ID tags require additional preparation time and are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
Shipping Availability
SilkyCo currently ships within the continental United States only.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or APO/FPO military addresses.
Multiple Item Shipments
If part of your order becomes temporarily unavailable, we may hold the shipment until all items are ready to ensure your order arrives together.
If you prefer partial shipment for available items, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist.
Address Changes & Order Updates
If you need to update your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may be canceled within 60 minutes of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order, as SilkyCo cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.
